C+C Music Factory
C+C Music Factory is an American dance-pop and hip-house group established in 1989 by producers David Cole and Robert Clivillés. The duo became prominent figures in late-1980s and early-1990s pop and dance music, achieving major chart success with five acclaimed singles including "Gonna Make You Sweat" and "Things That Make You Go Hmmm...". The group ceased recording activity in 1996 following Cole's death. The project experienced a revival in 2010 when Eric Kupper joined as a replacement member. Original vocalist Freedom Williams obtained trademark rights to the name in 2003 and has continued performing as C+C Music Factory.
