Echo & the Bunnymen

Echo & the Bunnymen is a British rock band that emerged from Liverpool in 1978. The group was founded by vocalist Ian McCulloch, guitarist Will Sergeant, and bassist Les Pattinson. Drummer Pete de Freitas joined the ensemble in 1980, completing the classic lineup. The band became influential figures in the post-punk and new wave movements, blending rock with neo-psychedelic elements. Their distinctive sound and artistic approach established them as significant contributors to alternative rock and British popular music throughout their career.
