Sehnsucht is the second studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein, released in August 1997 through Motor Music in Europe and Slash Records in the United States. The album achieved the distinction of being the only entirely German-language album to receive platinum certification from the RIAA in the US, and it topped the charts in both Austria and Germany.
