The Look represents the seventh studio album by American R&B group Shalamar, released in 1983 through the SOLAR label. The album marked the final release featuring the group's original three-member lineup of Jeffrey Daniel, Howard Hewett, and Jody Watley, as both Daniel and Watley departed the group shortly before the album's release. The album achieved commercial success through the Grammy-nominated single "Dead Giveaway".
