The Blow Monkeys

The Blow Monkeys are a British rock and pop band that emerged in 1981. They released their debut single in 1982 before achieving commercial success in the mid-1980s. Their breakthrough came with "Digging Your Scene" in August 1986, which reached the top 15 on both the UK Singles Chart and the US Billboard Hot 100. Throughout the remainder of the decade and into 1990, the group charted four albums and eleven singles in the UK. The band disbanded in the early 1990s after establishing themselves as significant contributors to the British pop-rock scene.
