764-Hero was an American indie rock band from Seattle, Washington, active primarily from 1995 to 2002. The group released three albums on Up Records and a fourth on Tiger Style Records during their initial run. They were known for their touring partnership with Modest Mouse, with whom they also recorded a collaborative single. After disbanding, 764-Hero reunited briefly in 2012 and again in 2016, reconnecting with audiences from the Pacific Northwest indie rock scene.
