This Beatles track was written by John Lennon during the 1969 Let It Be/Get Back recording sessions. It appeared as a B-side to "Get Back," with both credited to the band alongside keyboardist Billy Preston. Producer Phil Spector notably left it off the Let It Be album. The song's first stereo album appearance came on the 1970 North American compilation Hey Jude, followed by the 1973 worldwide collection 1967–1970.
