Little Deuce Coupe is the Beach Boys' fourth studio album, released in October 1963 on Capitol Records. The album reached number four on the U.S. charts and remained charted for 46 weeks before eventually achieving platinum certification. It is regarded as an early example of a rock concept album and marked the band's final recording with guitarist David Marks before his departure due to conflicts with manager Murry Wilson. The album also represented the group's first release with a title unrelated to surfing themes.
