Bethany Dillon is an American Contemporary Christian music artist born in 1988. Her self-titled debut album in 2004 became the year's best-selling female solo debut in the genre, earning Gospel Music Association nominations for Female Vocalist and New Artist of the Year. The 2007 album Waking Up featured production work from prominent industry figures including Ed Cash, Will Hunt, and John Alagia. Dillon has continued recording throughout her career, releasing Stop & Listen in 2009 and A Better Word in 2017.
