The Caravelles

The Caravelles were a British female vocal duo consisting of Lois Wilkinson and Andrea Simpson. Emerging in 1963, the pair achieved their greatest commercial success with their debut single "You Don't Have to Be a Baby to Cry," which became a notable hit of that era. The group remained active throughout the 1960s and 1970s, maintaining a presence in the British music scene until their disbandment in 1980.
