Kaiser Chiefs

Kaiser Chiefs are an English indie rock band from Leeds. Originally formed in 1996 as Runston Parva, they shortened to Parva in 2000 before adopting their current name in 2003, the same year they released their debut studio album, 22. The band's core lineup features lead vocalist Ricky Wilson, guitarist Andrew White, bassist Simon Rix, and keyboardist Nick Baines. Drummer Vijay Mistry joined in 2013, replacing founding drummer Nick Hodgson who left in late 2012. Known for blending indie rock with synth-pop and alternative influences, Kaiser Chiefs have established themselves as a significant force in contemporary British rock music.
