Bullet for My Valentine

Bullet for My Valentine are a Welsh heavy metal ensemble from Bridgend, initially formed in 1998 under the name Jeff Killed John. The group, led by Matthew Tuck and Michael Paget, began by performing covers of influential metal and grunge acts before developing their own musical direction, which prompted a name change. In 2002, they secured a multi-album contract with Sony BMG. Drawing inspiration from legendary bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden and Slayer, the group has become a notable fixture within the UK metalcore scene, blending melodic and aggressive elements across their work.
