The Rascals

The Rascals were an American rock band formed in Garfield, New Jersey in 1965. The group's core lineup featured Felix Cavaliere on lead vocals and keyboards, Eddie Brigati as vocalist and percussionist, drummer Dino Danelli, and guitarist Gene Cornish. Known for their contributions to blue-eyed soul and pop rock, the Rascals drew on psychedelic and sunshine pop influences throughout their career. Cavaliere and Brigati served as the primary songwriters for the band's original material. Active until 1972, the group became notable figures in classic rock and soul music of their era.
