Unit Four Plus Two were a British pop and beat music group formed in Hertfordshire, England, in 1963. The band achieved their greatest commercial success in 1965 when their single "Concrete and Clay" reached the top of the UK Singles Chart, holding the number one position for one week. Active throughout the mid-1960s until their dissolution in 1967, Unit Four Plus Two represented the vibrant pop rock scene of their era.
