Union Underground is an American nu metal band from San Antonio, Texas, formed in 1996. The group featured Bryan Scott, Patrick Kennison, John Moyer, and Josh Memolo. They achieved mainstream recognition with their 2000 major label debut, ...An Education in Rebellion, which yielded several successful singles including "Turn Me On 'Mr. Deadman'" and "Revolution Man." The album also contained the track "South Texas Deathride," which became a fan favorite. Union Underground gained additional prominence when their single "Across the Nation" was selected as the theme song for WWE Raw, remaining in that role from 2002 to 2006. The band remained active until 2002.
