U.D.O. is a German heavy metal band established in Solingen by vocalist Udo Dirkschneider after he left Accept in 1987. The group features Dirkschneider as lead singer alongside guitarists Dee Sommers and Alen Brentini, bassist Peter Baltes (a former Accept member), and drummer Sven Dirkschneider, who is the vocalist's son.
