Babasónicos

Babasónicos is an Argentine rock band that emerged in 1991 during a fertile period of new rock activity in Argentina. Alongside contemporaries like Peligrosos Gorriones and Los Brujos, the group became a central figure in the country's underground rock scene during the late 1990s. Known for their contributions to the "sonic" underground movement, Babasónicos developed a distinctive sound blending alternative rock with psychedelic pop influences, establishing themselves as one of Argentina's most significant rock exports of that era.
