Tabula Rasa is a Ukrainian musical group that began performing in 1990. The ensemble takes its name from a philosophical concept concerning human development and the acquisition of knowledge through experience rather than innate ability. Based in Ukraine, the group has maintained its presence in the country's music scene since its formation.
