The Sundays
The Sundays were an English alternative rock band active from 1987 to 1997. Fronted by vocalist Harriet Wheeler, the group featured guitarist David Gavurin, bassist Paul Brindley, and drummer Patrick Hannan. Their sound blended indie pop, jangle pop, and dream pop influences, establishing them as notable figures in the British alternative rock scene of the late 1980s and 1990s. The band's ethereal vocal delivery and atmospheric instrumentation became their defining characteristics during their decade-long run.
