Stellastarr is an American indie rock band from New York City, formed in 2000. The group comprises Shawn Christensen, Amanda Tannen, Arthur Kremer, and Michael Jurin. Active throughout the 2000s, the band developed a presence in the New York indie rock scene before disbanding in 2009. Known for their contributions to early 2000s alternative rock, Stellastarr represented the creative output of New York's underground music community during their nine-year run.
