Jugulator is the thirteenth studio album by English heavy metal band Judas Priest, released in Japan in mid-October 1997 and internationally shortly after. It marked their first studio effort in seven years since Painkiller and introduced Tim "Ripper" Owens as the new lead vocalist, replacing Rob Halford who had departed in 1992. Notably, the album remains unavailable on major digital platforms due to the bankruptcy of its German independent record label SPV around 2009.
