"Waarom?" was Belgium's entry for the 1963 Eurovision Song Contest. The song was composed by Hans Flower with lyrics provided by Wim Brabants, and was performed by Jacques Raymond. The Belgian broadcaster selected the entry through a national selection process. Raymond had previously competed in the 1961 national final and would later participate in Eurovision again in 1971 as part of a duet.
