Rose is a woody perennial flowering plant belonging to the genus Rosa within the Rosaceae family. The genus encompasses over three hundred distinct species and numerous cultivars developed through cultivation. These plants exhibit considerable variation in size and structure, ranging from low-growing trailing shrubs to climbing varieties that can reach heights of up to seven meters. Many species are characterized by sharp prickles along their stems. The flowers are typically large and visually prominent, displaying a wide spectrum of colors including white, pink, red, orange, and yellow.
