The Rembrandts
The Rembrandts are an American alternative rock duo formed in Los Angeles in 1989 by Danny Wilde and Phil Solem. The pair had collaborated earlier as part of the group Great Buildings during the 1980s. The Rembrandts achieved significant mainstream recognition through "I'll Be There for You," which served as the theme song for the NBC television series Friends. Their work spans power pop and pop styles, establishing them as notable contributors to the alternative rock landscape.
