Ol' Skool

Ol Skool was an American new jack swing and urban R&B group from St. Louis, Missouri, active from 1996. The five-member ensemble featured vocalists Jason Little, Jerome "Pookie" Lane, and Tony Herron, alongside Curtis Jefferson and Bobby Crawford. Following the release of their debut single "Set You Free" in late 1997, the group gained significant recognition when R&B artist Keith Sweat discovered them and served as executive producer on their self-titled debut album, released in February 1998. Sweat also appeared as a guest on the album. The group subsequently released their second album, R.S.V.P., in 2000.
