"I'm Sorry" was a 1960 hit single by 15-year-old Brenda Lee, composed by Dub Allbritten and Ronnie Self. The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in July 1960 and peaked at number twelve on the UK Singles Chart. AllMusic identified it as Lee's defining song and one of the era's best teen pop recordings. The 1960 Decca Records recording was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999.
