The New Seekers were a British pop group established in London in 1969 by Keith Potger following the dissolution of his earlier band, the Seekers. The group was conceived to reach the audience of the original Seekers while incorporating both pop and folk elements into their sound. During the early 1970s, they attained international recognition through a series of successful recordings, including "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing," "You Won't Find Another Fool Like Me," and "Beg, Steal or Borrow." The band's blend of accessible pop melodies with folk sensibilities helped define their distinctive musical identity during this period.
