This compilation album was released by Monument Records in 1965, following Roy Orbison's departure from the label to sign with MGM. The release was made available in both stereo and mono formats and included various tracks, such as an alternate version of "Oh, Pretty Woman" in stereo, a different rendition of "Dance," and a previously unreleased track called "I Get So Sentimental."
