The Merry Macs

The Merry Macs were an American and British vocal quartet specializing in close-harmony pop music. Operating from the 1920s through 2000, the group achieved prominence with several major hits, including "Mairzy Doats," "Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition," and "Sentimental Journey." Beyond their solo success, the Merry Macs also collaborated with renowned singer Bing Crosby on various recordings, cementing their place in popular music history during the mid-twentieth century.
